Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_atanint (arg1)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_atanint (…)

Computes the Arctangent integral AtanInt(x) = \int_0^x dt \arctan(t)/t.

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
