Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_conicalP_half (arg1, arg2)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_conicalP_half (…)

Computes the irregular Spherical Conical Function P^{1/2}_{-1/2 + i \lambda}(x) for x > -1.

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
