Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_erfc (arg1)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_erfc (…)

Computes the complementary error function erfc(x) = 1 - erf(x) = (2/\sqrt(\pi)) \int_x^\infty \exp(-t^2).

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
