Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_eta (arg1)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_eta (…)

Computes the eta function \eta(s) for arbitrary s.

The eta function is defined by \eta(s) = (1-2^{1-s}) \zeta

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
