Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_expint_E2 (arg1)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_expint_E2 (…)

Computes the second-order exponential integral E_2(x),

E_2(x) := \Re \int_1^\infty dt \exp(-xt)/t^2.

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
