Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_hzeta (arg1, arg2)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_hzeta (…)

Computes the Hurwitz zeta function \zeta(s,q) for s > 1, q > 0.

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
