Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_legendre_Ql (arg1, arg2)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_legendre_Ql (…)

Computes the Legendre function Q_l(x) for x > -1, x != 1 and l >= 0.

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
