Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_mathieu_a (arg1, arg2)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_mathieu_a (…)

Computes the characteristic values a_n(q) of the Mathieu function ce_n(q,x).

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
