Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_psi_n (arg1, arg2)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_psi_n (…)

Computes the polygamma function \psi^{(m)}(x) for m >= 0, x > 0.

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
