Returns parametric latitude given geodetic latitude (phi) and flattening.
The parametric latitude beta is also known as a reduced latitude. The default input and output is in degrees; use optional third parameter angleUnit for radians. phi can be a scalar, vector, matrix or any ND array. flattening must be a scalar value in the interval [0..1).
Examples: Scalar input:
beta = parametricLatitude (45, 0.0033528) => beta = 44.904
Also can use radians:
beta = parametricLatitude (pi/4, 0.0033528, "radians") => beta = 0.78372
Vector Input:
phi = 35:5:45; beta = parametricLatitude (phi, 0.0033528) => beta = 34.91 39.905 44.904
