 Compute metric scale factors.

 [pm,pn] = divand_metric(lon,lat)

 Compute metric scale factors pm and pn based on 
 longitude lon and latitude lat. The variables pm and pn
 represent the inverse of the local resolution in meters using
 the mean Earth radius.
