Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_log_erfc (arg1)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_log_erfc (…)

Computes the logarithm of the complementary error function \log(\erfc(x)).

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
