Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_pochrel (arg1, arg2)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_pochrel (…)

Computes the relative Pochhammer symbol ((a,x) - 1)/x where (a,x) = (a)_x := \Gamma(a + x)/\Gamma(a).

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
