Loadable Function: z = gsl_sf_psi_1piy (arg1)

Loadable Function: [z, err] = gsl_sf_psi_1piy (…)

Computes the real part of the digamma function on the line 1+i y, Re[\psi(1 + i y)].

err contains an estimate of the absolute error in the value z.
