Function: spreadinv

SPREADINV  Apply inverse spreading operator
  Usage: h=spreadinv(f,c);

  SPREADINV(c) computes the symbol of the inverse of the spreading
  operator with symbol c.

  SPREADINV(f,c) applies the inverse of the spreading operator with
  symbol c to the input signal f.
