: [U, T] = rsf2csf (UR, TR)

Convert a real, upper quasi-triangular Schur form TR to a complex, upper triangular Schur form T.

Note that the following relations hold:

UR * TR * UR' = U * T * U' and U' * U is the identity matrix I.

Note also that U and T are not unique.
